If a radiator is isolated at the end of a run, like a spur on the system ie the feed doesn't go on to another rad, but is sent back to a rad earlier in the run, is a pump needed to near the rad to push the water through more efficiently at this extreme end?
At the moment the rad doesn't get very hot leaving a cold kitchen.

Adding another pump just isn't a thing that's done.
Have a look at some threads on balancing and give that a go.
