Hi,
I need to remove a radiator that is in the bathroom prior to fitting a new shower tray. That is not a problem except that it will be off for a few days or more and will be replaced by a heated towel rail in a different location in the room. The problem is that my wife does not want the heating out of action. Is it ok to use isolation valves like you use for normal cold water plumbing and still use the heating in the rest of the house. This one is not the open rad that is in the hall so no worries there. What do you think would they last ok with the constant heat or are there special heating valves I could use.

Thanks for any help
Rob
