Morning everyone, looking for some advice on KESSEL-Pumpfix®-F Backwater Valve with Sewage Pump,
my friend and her neighbours are suffering from sewage flooding and they have had 6 sewage floods in the last 2 months, this has been going of for the last 8 years!
This is due to the main sewer under the road no longer being hydraulically capable in times of rain, the local water company have a last rocked up (8 years later) and are now taking action to renew the infrastructure
but this takes time and work will not comeance till january 2013 and last months, so as a short term soulation the water company have offered them a KESSEL-Pumpfix®-F Backwater Valve with Sewage Pump,
My concern is that they are new to the market and im strugling to find someone with a KESSEL-Pumpfix®-F Backwater Valve with Sewage Pump to find out if they are worth having installed and how relibale they are, any advice on this would be greatly appriciated.
