Before anyone says anything, I did not install this Keston, I wouldn't install a Keston. I've changed that many Heat Exchangers from 3 year old boilers its unreal, anyway....

Initial problem was an E04 fault so swapped the Ignitor. Then on came an E03 fault. Spoke with Keston who suggested changing the spark Ignitor.....

So after telling them that had already been done they then suggested the gas valve was at fault, as Per the MI's fault finding section. Gas valve was changed and still have the E03 fault.

Gas as pressure is fine, gas is present at the gas valve and I'm a little bit stuck.
When put into service mode the boiler attempts to light and then goes immediately into fault.

The only real issue I can see is when attempting fire the case has a little puff out, which according to Keston is a normal thing to happen as its when the Venturi releases pressure into the exchanger for initial firing.

Any ideas or experience on this fault would be greatly appreciated as Keston appear, again, to be of little help and I've literally no idea where to go from here. I guess this is my "sod" for the year, the one boiler you get every now and then that causes untold misery and grief.

Thanks in advance...
