Layman question: where can I get this replacement part

I have this waste drain cover that has been corroded (just the top part which is unscrewed).



I'm wondering what the name of the top of the waste drain cover is, as I can't find it online? It's 3 inches in diameter, and it takes a long screw through it.

I've tried looking at length for another chrome part, but all I can find are full sets. Where could I get a replacement of just the top bit which is corroded for cheap? I'm hoping to find something under £5 hopefully.

Thanks guys, it looks quite cheap as a full set anyway.

These should all fit because they are standard sizes? 3 inch diameter is referred to as 1 1/2 inch.

The reason I ask is because I don't want to replace anything at all except the small metal part.

The waste outlet at the bottom to which the trap connects to is 1 1/2 inch, the chrome/stainless cover is a standard size.
