leaking combi boiler

Hi all, hope someone can help, have little information on type of boiler concerned, my daughter rang saying her boiler was leaking from behind the on/off switch and light panel, she called a plumber out and he says its Quote something to do with the pressure, could he mean a pressure release valve. i am over 80 miles away from her cant help feeling helpless. any clues.😕

the boiler is a vokers compact HE
