I have a three way shower valve which is thermostatically controlled. There is one control to change the temperature, one control to select one of the three outputs and an one off control. I have replaced the thermostatic cartridge as I was told. The vendor said that this could be a cause of the leak but it is not. The leak is linked to the on off control. When I apply pressure to the on off control and push it in, the leaking stops. The on off control does not seem to be a cartridge but is fused into the shower valve itself.

is there any part available or anything that I can do to sort out the on off control and stop the leak? Any ideas greatly appreciated!

You know the manufacturer as you have replaced the cartridge so give them a call and ask their tech department, you should be able to change it though.
