Hi all.
I have a leaking mixer shower at home. After some research i probably need to replace the cartridge.
It is an aqualiser shower, dont know what type but the house was built in 2000 ,only looks like a basic model. How do i start to strip it to get to the cartridge. No screws on the front knob so how do i take it off. Does it just slide off?

Any help would be great sa my water meter is getting dizzy its going round that much.

Cheers

The cover probably pulls off, but be careful there is not a piece in centre of the nob that you remove to get at a screw.
The cartridge is held on with 4 bolts & the only hard bit is removing & replacing an internal O ring.
Take a look online at Showerdoc to see if you identify what model you have & you can get advice.
Make sure you get the correct new cartridge, as some are for combi systems.
