I have 5 of these to maintain. 3yrs old. 3 of them have the same fault- leak on the heat exchanger pipe . There is a oring ( no.10026324) . I replaced oring but leak still exist . It is just smaller than before. Any ideas how to get rid of it?

Not sure if it is the same heat exchanger as the unica but I had one a couple of weeks ago where the left hand pipe going into the main heat exchanger leaked. When I looked it was the actual weld of the pipe and not the o ring - maybe worth checking.

They have a common fault if its like the unica, first time i see it i thought it was a leaking hex fitting. The plastic conveyour on the left hand side which sends the flue gases upto the flue cracks. Its a hairline crack from the metal clip thats holds on the flue sensor, it will eventually weep enough to run down pipe and destroy the thermister giving a 71 fault if i remember right. Easy swap, conveyour costs about £35 + vat. New conveyours dont have a clip just a plastic pocket

I've changed a lot of vokera exchangers over d years, especially on the mynute. The auto air vents can also leak.
