Hi all
got to call to look at a friends logic+24 combi. Saying water won't fire. Heating ok and good flow of water at the taps.

any pointers as to what to look for?

vheers.

Yep , but they can often take some shifting .
Just check the sensor on the top , run hot tap it should go solid red. When the turbines are on the way out they seem to give an intermittent red and then non at all .
The sensors seem reliable , I havent ever changed one.

Check its the correct one for output of boiler as they are different colour coded restrictor in them.
You will see when you remove but should be supplied with the right one once the supplier knows the boiler model and output/g.c. number.
As above may need a gentle tap on the spanner to encourage it to move initially.
A wet vac is great for taking out as no mess and suck clean any debris in flow turbine holder area in block.
Cheers,
Andy
