very crude normal cistern but angled base

Seen corner WC's but never seen one like this other than mishapen ones from DIY shops or Bath Store.

Look at the Ideal standard Space range, the loo has a circular bowl and the seat can be rotated through 45 degrees so that you sit on the pan at an angle, similar outcome to your drawing.
