Mate as long as its got 2 wheels and moves its all good! Halfords do a gear service for £15.

I plot them on basecamp garmins software, bought mainly for hiking, there are loads of websites with pre plotted routes that can be downloaded to it.

How long do you take to do 38k? I just cycled 9 miles and he took me 40minutes. Well out of practice

1hr 28 mins. Did 48k in 2 hr 16 but it was a far harder ride massive hills involved.
