Hi, I couldn't find the answer to this in faqs so I hope someone can help.

I recently turned off the inflow to a friends combination tank and forgot to turn it back on.

The tank has been largely used without realising it wasn't refilling and, even though I've turned the cold water flow back on, the water flow from the hot taps is very low.

The make is Manco if it makes any difference.

Thanks in advance,
Captain Beep
