The dreaded type. Been a bit under the weather with a cold for a couple of days. Had my tea about 5 and an hour later thought I better make a call to the little boys room. Only made it to the dining room door and spewed for England. Then to kitchen sink and all over the tea plates.
Now I'm not a sicky person. Probably less than 5 times in twenty years.
Cleaned up, glass of water and sat back down.
An hour later same again but this time made it upstairs. Really going for it. 4 or 5 times, down the nose and everything. But my backside decided to join the party.

This continued until four this morning when I spewed for the last time, hopefully. Managed to get a few hours sleep.

I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.

Cracking start to the New year.

Hopefully, something you ate and will pass 12-24 hours. If not don't ignore. I made mistake back in November, thought cough was same as others and could work it off. Eventually diagnosed pneumonia ,just about recovered. Friends tell me I'm not a young man anymore and for a couple of days they were right.

Feel for you mate, I`ve what started as a head cold on the 23rd since then I haven`t had a full nights sleep with hot & cold sweats, coughing my lungs up, no appetite falling asleep on sofa etc. Thing is just when I start to feel ok it comes back. Sick n tired of it now and trying to get an appointment with the doctor is like trying to see the pope around here.

Same here had something hanging around for over 8 weeks, been to Doc's they don't seem to know what it is, give me a couple of inhalers to help with breathing , but still get coughing bouts , had the bad guts thing as well , feel drained, not got any interest in doing anything,

I really shouldn't be saying this, but I seem to be almost immune this last year to these bugs. People around me who normally rarely get ill - or certainly usually recover quick from illnesses have been ill for long periods. Maybe it is the high garlic I now seem to take.
Wish you all a speedy recovery!

You may have a point about the garlic
Eat enough of the fresh stuff and you'll have no-one within 20 yards of you :38:
