Is this the boiler that the new condense traps font have wires on?runs fine with the wires of but locks out when in place trap was full and there's a problem with the waste which I will sort but even with trap empty and wires on it locks out

Gasman is da man for this, but iirc if you remove the cables and keep them separate, this eliminates the condense problem?
