Yup buried him next to my other dog in his favourite blanket with the plastic ball he couldn't leave alone.
Feel better today, digging was quite cathartic. The bottle of Morgans rum helped a bit too.

just as I do with my old labbie, he sleeps on 3 doggie mattresses along with his hand knitted woollen rugs 🙂

It is tough when they go and getting one and knowing full well you will out live it and preparing yourself when the inevitable happens it. Yet it is never easy. No one in my life has been so happy to see me every time even if it was just 30 minutes ago.

Girlfriends parents lost one of there two labs after he began struggling to distribute far around his body. It would come out as lumps under his fur making him not sleep due to being uncomfortable, not wanting to go for a walk as he was tired and then it really restricted his movements. Such a hard decision to have him out down but the right one. RIP Oscar

We do know have the joy of a new addition though and whilst he has destroyed a blackberry, 2 flip flops, a book and a magazine he still makes everyone smile

Dogs a lucky s.o.b ! Went to beach for one last play, ran round for two hours..... Went to vets she said to go home ! Woopieeee kebab for winston and beer for me!
