Finished today the third day of a 3-day Vaillant training course on Controls & Vaillant EcoTec boilers.
Very impressed with the course & training facility.
This course was run at Glasgow Eurocentral and is free to registered gas safety engineers.
Vaillant have centres around the country.

Never been on a manufacturers course. What happens? Sales pitches, lot of talkin and reading, some practical?

I thought there was going to be a large part dedicated to sales but gladly there wasn't. A lot of the worcester course involved them telling us why they think they are better than vaillant.....

Because your not buying them, and he's not bothered about you. Reps are self serving
