Mira vortex waste problems

Hi,

Recently had one of these installed with new mira shower tray and having problems with slow drainage and sometime flooding. Cleaned it out ( as best I can given its design ) still having problems.

Any solution please?

Who installed it? Have you asked them?

How recently, anybody using that shower with long fine hair or anybody pregnant using it? Think you can see where I`m going.

Have contacted the installer & is coming next week to have a look. Wanted to have a heads up so I have some idea what may be causing the problem.

Trap does eventually drain. . . but not working as it should.

Hopefully you will be there at the time, wouldn`t be surprised if there is a short length of flexi pipe under the shower.
