I have taken the handle off (pulled off). Is it just a plastic cover that can I remove and and underneath there is a normal tap head? The tap turns multiple times like an normal tap, not a quarter turn. I don't want to break it so any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks.

Hi there nobbyone. The white plastic can slide off if u can't get a shifter onto the black nut. If u can then get a shifter onto the black nut n turn anticlockwise. This will remove the whole insert. Remember to have water turned off. Once the tap insert is out you can replace the washer. This should help with your drip.

Blimey. The white plastic did just pull off. The grey bit was just a shroud over the brass valve. Unfortunately the valve is not a quarter turn but a 3/4 turn. Does anybody know where I can find such a thing?
