monoflame oil burner

hi all im new to this forum and as we all know plumbers never get it easy lol .
Im having a problem with a mono flame oil burner the burner sounds as if it is going but there is no flame and it does not go to lock out and keeps running continuous can any one help me on diagnosing this problem
