I am having dificulties fixing a problem on a morco d51b, i replaced the diaphram on the heater as this was damadged. Now the heater comes on wen the hot tap is opened, but this does not hapen all the time! but when the heater does fire up the water will not heat up at all! any one with any idea of what the problem could be????
