Well what an afternoon !! Blocked drain had to get a camera and jetting crew out, gas board have moled pipe in one side of external drain out the other side .

Drain in blocked and pressure blow union off .

Guess whos hose getting the bill once insurance sorted out, beer time now .

Dont envy you that one. I dont imagibe that house will be habitable for a while.How did enough pressure generate to lift the stack or has the bottom bend dropped off. Was the lower section not clipped?
