Can anyone advise please? I've got a Moretti Pulito sku 73991 shower and it drips thro the wand for 10 minutes after use. I've stripped it down and re-greased the O rings but didn't soak the cartridge in vinegar as recommended because it looked clean and we are in soft water area. It's still dripping. The unit is about 3/4 years old. I've been trying to find a source of spares for a new cartridge (which I presume houses the shut off mechanism and is damaged). Do you think I'm right? Can you tell me where to get a spare cartridge from?
Many thanks in anticipation
John

I have had problems with Moretti stuff in the past. It is a brand name for a well known purveyor of screws etc. When I rang the technical 'Helpline' it was the Screw fixing people's call centre. The only technical help they could provide was a replacement. I have avoided them since. Shower Doctor are great - hope they can help
