moving bathroom from back to front of the house

Hi i am looking to buy a house but would like to move the bathroom to the front of the house . can this be done ? the soil stack is on the back of the house (semi detached ) and i think the sewer pipe runs along the back of the house as well thought about saniflow but if it is main toilet not a good idea so i have been told .any guidance or solutions would be greatly appreiciated
