Mulitquick concealed cistern

Any one know if you can still get syphons for these concealed cisterns

If I take the cistern off and take the syphon out would any 1.5inch syphon washer fit to seal it. It's leaking through the seal were the syphon sits on the cistern. Tried tightening in place no look.
