:32:first break down ever in my landrover today, drove to where i was working and she just died, would not start, called the AA who said they will send a landrover technician direct, this confused me a bit, landrover themselves coming to fix it rather than the AA,anyway, the guy that came out was first rate, clearly very knowledgeable and knew my defender backwards,he quickly found the fault, the fuse had blown on the stop solenoid,he soon had her running again, dont know why the fuse blew maybe old age but shes ok now ,**** my luck buy a vehicle with no electrics what so ever and a fuse causes it to fail,TFI FRIDAY

Well your not the only one to be disappointed by a reputable brand today.

Bought milwaukiee hole saw today from bumbs to zap a boss on to a stack. Would it cut? Would it flexi. Blunt And didn't even make a mark. My old bosh quick release was in and out in 3 mins. [emoji80][emoji80][emoji80][emoji80][emoji80][emoji80][emoji80]

Won't be recommending them. Ice hardened apparently!

I'm genuinely sad to hear that after 2015 the defender won't be in production any longer. An icon fallen to eu guidelines

No freaking way, landys will outlive cockroaches if there's a nuclear war?!? O refuse to believe it broke down. 😛

Who owns land rover now anyway?

2 million years from now when man has shuffled off and taken all living things on this planet with him, there will still be the remains of Land Rovers scattered like the bones of the dinosaurs.........because they are heavy and inefficient like.........yep...you got it!

Would it be considered poor form to mention that my cheap Korean 4WD worked perfectly today - as it does every day?

dont really get mud n snow in Fareham, just motorways and A roads, never been tested to see if it can go off road, cept when your missus drives it on your lawn and destroys your daffs 🙂

Crazy, it doesn't meet eu criteria, but it's ok for it to be made outside the eu and then imported. Beaurocrasy at its best.
