chelsea

got a landlord who just wants to change the boiler, its a maxol microturbo in there at the minute

what boiler could i install that don't need a permanent live like the ideal logics need, just want it to be a straight swap without having to run in a new live as this is a bottom floor flat and no way of running in new cables without having to use trunking

any ideas would be a great help

Baxi eco blue advanced heat only. You get 5 years warranty with it and can have rear outlet flue as well.

Be careful when you lift it though as there is nothing to it so you might throw it through the ceiling! Lol.

i would like that too but he wants to save some money and i can't argue that point

so a baxi is a straight in job then and no messing with wiring

because all i s ee is the main live to the boiler and thats it,must be another cable somewhere for it to be connected to the gledhill
