New member TRV problem.

Evening all !

I recently had the wax bulb break on one of my radiator TRVs, so I took the thermostatic top off the valve, checked the pin was working correctly(which it was) so got a replacement Drayton RT212.
Fitted the new top only with no problem, three days later the wax bulb had burst again ??
I took the valve back which they changed no problem but I am now loathe to change it again without getting some professional advice as to why this may be happening.
Any advice would be very much appreciated.

They replaced it free of charge? If so whack it on, if this one pops get the whole valve changed.
Impossible to try and accurately diagnose the problem without being there really.
