Hi everyone,
Im Jay, im 32 and ive recently qualified as a plumber NVQ2, I am working towards a NVQ3 & city & guilds 6129. I am a qualified chippy and have been working as a multi-trader for the past 6 years, (which also included general plumbing).

I am about to start out on my own as a kitchen & bathroom fitter and I am hoping to gain advice and knowledge from ukplumbersforums to aid my transition and help me along the way.

Any tips and hints on how to go about starting up greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the forums,hope ypou find helpful
Only tip I can give a kitchen fitter is please leave enough room around ther boiler to get at it without removing half the kitchen !
