Hi All, New to this forum and was hopefully looking for some advice. I have a 3 storey property on a s plan system, the boiler is floor standing mexico 29kw which is located on the ground floor, the cylinder cupboard in located on the third floor. I intend to cap off the existing 5 ground floor rads which are all on drops, the underfloor heating 7 port manifold will be fitted in the garage. Does the flow and return to the manifold T straight off the flow and return coming out of the boiler?? Please help, as it would be near on impossible to take any pipework or wiring from the cylinder cupboard to the new underfloor heating manifold.
Going to use Continental Underfloor heating materials.... any reviews on this product. Also underfloor will be a 3 zone system with 3 stats .... Thank you guys

You need to pick up the flow and returns to the ufh direct from the boiler flow and returns. the ufh must be allowed to fire the boiler independantly of your upstairs rads

As the pump is in the airing cupboard you are going to have to take your feed (with zone valve from there) And depending on your other zones your return might have to go there as well . Alternatively you are going to have to put another pump and zone from the boiler flow which will then feed the underfloor manifold and pump .

Thanks for your help, basically I have to fit a pump and zone valve from the 28mm copper flow from the boiler to the u/f heating pump and then return back to the boiler ?
