No cold water

I have 2 pumped concealed showers one on first floor and one in loft. Both showers are not working they turn on there is a whirring noise like they are being strangled and next to no water comes out. But worse still I have no cold water to the cistern whb and bath in the first floor bathroom. The problem started on Christmas day and cannot get Aqualisa customer services until 04.01.10! Any ideas on what I can do in the meantime to at least get cold water to the cistern etc on the first floor?😕

Sounds like pipes are frozen up or the water main is off.

I thought that too but I have cold water in the kitchen on ground floor and in the bathroom in the loft to whb and cistern. The shower on the first floor seems to have affected the cold water feed it comes in from a tank in the eaves in the loft have checked that and there is water in there.

loft bathroom is probaly of the main and the tank feed to bath below is frozen
