No hot water to bathroom

Any ideas! I have a Vokera compact 29 hot water to kitchen keeps running hot and cold, to bathroom when running bath not even lukewarm had thermister changed and water pressure checked noticed when water starts to run cold green light starts flashing on front of boiler its only 3years old any suggestions?

sounds like the heat exchanger is blocked... do you live in a hard water area?

Hi yes i do live in a hard water area, is there anything to do to prevent this. thanks for post.

The cheaper option is to install a Combi mate, they use siliphos crystals to reduce the build up of limescale... the best option would be to install a water softer but thesea are expensive... the bore in the secondary heat exchanger is very small and easily blocked up like this.. see what other advice you get off this forum but i would go with a new heat exchanger and a combi mate....
