No hot water to bathroom

Hi all i have a Potterton Performa 24 eco. About a week ago i noticed it was taking a few minutes for the hot water to get to the bathroom.
Now i am not getting any hot water to the bathroom unless i am running the hot water downstairs and at the same time open it upstairs.
I have noticed that the boiler dose not ignite when water is turned on upstairs but it is fine with the water downstairs. The boiler is fitted downstairs.

probably hw diaphram on way out, need to run tap at high flow rates before hw will kick in. boiler should work at flow rates as little as 2.5 ltrs per minute if i remember right.

good luck and welcome to the forums,ps what ever you do dont get the pcb wet its very easy to get water in there when you change the diaphragm
