have an oso direct 20 rd unvented water heater on a horstmann electronic 7 timer. no hot water today. think its timer as boost button not working and tried different times and not come on tho it still displaying accurate time. or could there be problem with heater. not been serviced since new 4 years ago. any help,ideas?
