Hi guys,
Just moved into a new flat and have found that the towel radiator in the bathroom has no thermostat fitted but all other radiators do, i have seen this before when its the last radiator in the chain so to speak. The back boiler has a thermostat going from low to high. If i am correct then if i adjust the back boiler thermostat then this will have a knock on effect on all radiators? When the boiler is set to low the towel radiator is fine, nice and warm, when i increase the boiler the towel radiator gets very warm indeed, the only thing on the towel radiator is two knobs with + and - on either side but no thermostat. Its a ladder style towel radiator and there really is no room at all to fit any thermostats i have seen and is it ok to fit a thermostat on the last radiator to the boiler? Also is it ok to not have a thermostat on the towel radiator? would it damage it? Any help would be fantastic!! Thank you 😀
