Not bad for £3.5k

Went out to this job today for a company i sub for,the tenants has been having some HW & HTG probs.The l/lady met me there & told me the boiler is only a few weeks old & could"nt get the installers back as they came from east london.
The house is a 4 bed semi & they have fitted a 637 ecotec system boiler.Most of the d/stairs rads don"t work,2 u/stairs don"t work,room stat has not been wired in,2 vessels & 2 prv on the system.The prv in the airing cupboard goes into pushfit & goes up into the loft somewhere.What really made me laugh was the installers said she would need another pump to get the rads to work.Needless to say no paperwork whatsoever,not even user instructions left.Won"t take much for that condense to freeze either.All in all not bad for £3.5k.

Yep,& the ironic thing is she is indian & she obviously got indians in to do it as they trust each other.Why else would you get a firm from east london to come to Berks?

some people seem shocked that they get ripped off by somebody who shares their own culture/religion.

I swear there is a van in Birmingham that said if you've tried the cowboys now try the Indians.

One in jesmond up here, basically Indian landlord builders. Mostly high end work in student lets. Get their tiles from broken bin at tile shop and buy the split bags of plaster at b&q all speedfit onto Vokeras then ask u for cp12 on brand new install........ J o g on!
