NTC testing

Rather than me reinventing the wheel, has anyone contrived a test socket so that an NTC can be tested in situ?

Cheers for that, I know how to test them but I'm looking to do it whilst they are still in position.

Nick the connectors and a few inch of the loom off the boilers you scrap, they can be very handy .

Sadly I don't get near a scrap boiler, my company only does service and repair.

WOW, why didn't I ever think of that ?? I've been struggling for over 12 months with eyesight getting worse and always struggle with the small pin size. Next few scrappers I'm making some looms up, cheers for that pal.

Post on here mate surely somebody could post you some, my two next boiler swaps are that old they wont even have thermistors on them lol

It would help if manufactures still published ohms readings @ certain temps in the manual! It wouldn't cost them any extra but help installers sometimes
