The Saniaccess range will be the death of my kind ..............

Latest on the market,, wont be altered for say 5yrs.
Owner friendly in hard water areas and also has direct access to remove blockages.

But yeah good choice if you want to put me out of work in say 10yrs time.

Not suitable for Power showers though :dita:

Best price known is £399 Incl vat & next day delivery.

another quick question mate can you run the basin waste into the discharge pipe with a hep20 fitted or does it have to go through the sani?

You don`t have to run it through the sani and can connect the basin waste directly to the pipe however do it as far away from the sani as you can or as you say use the hep valve to stop any possible splashes of water up into the basin as the sani kicks water out.

another quickie, can the saniaccess3 be fitted in a btw concealed cistern unit like this http://www.tradeonlyplumbing.co.uk/...5d08d6e5fb8d27136e95/b/t/btwunitwithseat2.jpg

In a word Yes. The pipe between the pan spigot and the sani inlet rubber coupling should be no more than 200mm and try and induce a gradient on the pipe.

A weak cistern dump valve with little whoosh of water in to the pan will mean the pipe becomes clogged up in time without the gradient so best to disconnect the small flush option if you can and educate the customer to press and hold the button down until they hear the motor start not just jab the button and walk out.

Try to get them not to use heavy, air blown dense toilet paper which takes longer to disintegrate and you have a fair chance and you`ve covered your backside mate.
