just got home fm pub with wiefy, letter on doorstep I missed this AM, fm administrator of local nursing home that owe me for work last month, *******s wound up company knowing it was going down and still had tradesmen in. Only good thing, labour only for me, feel sorry for staff, no pay cheques end of month

my on call starts in 1 1/2 hours, only had a pint and the meal placated swmbo for me being stuck in town for 5 days.
do administrators winding up ltd co ever cough for invoices owing, peed off at being caught out.
finally, wheres supper plum, he was asking to come in?

watched a yank program on buying property in U.S a few days ago, if the owners go broke then the builder working on the property who have not got paid, get a bond of the selling price of the property.
simple and should be adopted here as after all it is improvements to the selling price. thst way its good prtection for that.
