When it first came out I carefully worked it all out, added up all the efficiency ratings and hot the final figure. Showed the customer who didn't even glance at it. Like you say, nobody cares!

On the council estates I'm installing on people are more interested in whether the pipes get painted or not!
It's all ball cocks if you ask me. Never met a customer who knows or cares about the sticker or what it's for.
I'm not sticking it on my install to deface my new art work .
Customer has been provided with boiler anyway so it's not like going out to pick a fridge or washing machine !
