Hi there,

The batteries ran out in one of the thermostats for my Polypipe underfloor heating system.

I changed the batteries and visually the thermostat (the PBTSP model) looks fine. But the heating is not on.

I can only assume the system now can't see the thermostat or something?

Any ideas?

Thanks:greedy:

Did you ever solve this problem? I appreciate its a long time ago, but any help would be appreciated! Andy

No. it was all working fine until I changed batteries on thermostat. Now it all looks as if it should be OK. Says it is heating up. No error messages but it clearly is not heating up, so I assume thermostat not being picked up by system somehow. Andy.

If a wireless system have you tried re binding it with the receiver should tell you how in the instructions
