Hello all. I have a potterton gold combi he boiler. Its pressure has dropped to 0.5. I am not an expert at boilers but by going through various forms and videos I think I have an integral loop system. I have tried rotating two black taps but there was no pressure buildup. I am attaching a photo. Please tell me what to do. Thanks!

So you've opened these valves and your getting no increase in the pressure or even a sound of water flowing?
I haven’t touched one of these for ages but I am pretty sure one goes one way and the other goes the other .
No I was rotating these two taps. I opened the valves and now it is working fine.
