it sparks but does not light sometime it lights after a time other times the customer turns it on and off on the switch and entually it lights this only happends when iam not in
attenance . when iam there it lights fine any idea's

At a guess Iwould check the pilot jet tomake sure the pilot is big enough an check and clean the ionisation probe otherwise dodgy air pressure switch

Gas valve sticking,replace soon or will damage main pcb 🙁
