Potterton Proforma 28i Rads warming up when CH is off

Hello all,
I am wondering if any one can help? I have a proforma 28i and have notice during the night when the central heating is off, by timer and stat, certain rads warm up, the only reason the boiler fires is to maintain the DHW preheat conditions, I have notice a little water around the c-clip of the divertering valve actuator, could the valve be letting by?

it might be a problem with the diverter valve, it might be the frost protection kicking in depending on the temperature where your boiler is positioned.
if its in a garage it will fire depending on boiler manufacturer about 3-5 degrees c

Thanks for the info, I don't thinks it's low temperature protection, unless there is a frost protection thermostat that is faulty because the boiler is postioned under the stairs, i think i'm agreeing with the valve letting by
