potterton Suprima 40L flashing amber light

Have intermittent fault with Potterton Suprima 40L. Called out initially as boiler not firing and constant amber light and clicking. Programmer on and room stat high but pump not running. Boiler reset having no effect. On advice from potterton changed both over heat stat and thermistor, pump also changed. Check open vent and cold feed pipework and cleaned F&E tank. Vented air from all radiators and air vents on pipework and new pump and got boiler to fire. Timer on constant for hot water and heating, room stat high, left customer with all rads nice and warm and getting warmer, and hot water. Then got call 3 hours later to say flashing amber light back again. Any ideas? also system has a mid-position valve.

Normally red or green lights, don't know about amber light. Get a GSR engineer in to check it out. Suprima is problematic with the PCB's. Will cost £200+ for a new board if it is required.
