Switched the boiler off at fused spur then switched it on again. Boiler's working with both heating and hot water but the LED is rapidly flashing red and it won't go off.

Any ideas how to fix it? Tried resetting the boiler and switching it off and on again but continues to flash red.

Thanks

You need to get a Gas Safe registered installer out to repair it.
I'm gas safe registered. I spoke to Baxi and they said that it's a common fault but it won't affect the boiler working. Was hoping someone knew a way to stop it as the customer wants to see the green/amber lights and obviously I don't want to put a new board in especially as it's working.

You need to have a GSR badge. Send your number in to the mods and they will let you in. Then we can discuss this in the registered installer only forum.

If the button was depressed for more than 10 seconds it will need doing again for 1 - 10 seconds. If it still flashes rapid red, you need to take this into the non-public side.

As you are gas safe registered you should know the forum rules. PM either myself or @ShaunCorbs with your details and we will get you the correct access to the sections that you need. Thread locked and moved.
