Power shower pump is 22mm output and shower controller is 15

Hi guys just a quick question I have a granfos 3 bar pump with a 22mm output and the shower valve is 15mm input, so my question is where is the best place to reduce the size is it close to the pump or close to the shower valve or doesn't it matter. I know its a bit of a novice question but I'm a bit of a novice so I guess this is how we learn not to be a novice.:book:

In reality it won't matter, as long as you have 22mm in to the pump so it can't be starved
