Had one un crimped fitting (socket) other than than, no probs. Mind you the fitting held 5 bar before blowing off!! Was like a fire hydrant.

😀 they only drip so you dont notice that easy what did you go upto?
All pipework is acccesable at the moment. We used Sanha fittings, not sure if it's designed with a leak path ? Took it to 5 bar with nothing visible. Then raised to 9 bar and saw the pressure gage on the pump drop quickly. Went into a a room to find a "serious " leak. Easily fixed and was the only prob on over 700 m of pipework.
Goes to show why pressure testing is a must!

700m that's a lot of work though. What are you working on ? Sanha are very good fittings though. What crimping machine have you got ?

I have a 110v geberitt/ mapress Gun and a cordless mapress which was bought from shauncorbs. I use the cordless one the most.
I get fittings from smith brothers. Good discount and stock. http://sbs.co.uk
