Problem with no hot water( ideal logic combi 30)??

Hi all, my friends boiler doesn't seem to be providing hot water and wondered if you guys could help. I understand it could be the flow switch and possibly the heat exchanger but do these parts need to be replaced or cleaned??? Also for some reason the pressure on the boiler is sitting at 3 bar? The central heating works fine so any advice would be appreciated

You're not qualified so don't touch it, you'll be breaking the law.

i see you're working towards qualification.
tell them to get an engineer in and shadow them

very poor start to your career considering going in the boiler while not supervised !!!!

Best advises is get a qualified gas engineer in to see what the exact problem is

Phone the manufacturer, probably still under warranty?
