Customers Vizo boiler not working...
Condensate pipe frozen.. which gives an error code F4 on the display..
In the manual it relates to condensate trap blocked or ignition fault...
disconnected condensate pipe and removed all the ice from the pipework..
Switched boiler back on F4 still blinking..
I looked inside the trap and the sensor (2 screws..) were wet. I have dried them off and the "F4" fault still remains.
Also tried switching on an off at the control knob quickly and then you can finally hear it trying to ignite about 3 times but then stops...and back to F4..
Is there anything else anyone can suggest?
